The City of Waupun has funding for housing rehabilitation through the CDBG (Community Development Block Grant) program from the State of Wisconsin Department of Administration, Division of Housing under Title 1 of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974. These funds are used to assist city residents in making repairs to their homes. In turn, such repairs preserve and improve the overall quality of existing housing stock in the City of Waupun. This program also provides area contractors with added opportunities for employment.
