Property Tax Bills Available Online
City of Waupun property tax bills are available on the Dodge and Fond du Lac County websites.

Paying Property Taxes
- Mailing Payments: Issue a check to the City of Waupun and mail to 201 E. Main Street, Waupun WI 53963. Be sure to include your Parcel Identification Number on the check’s memo line and attach your property tax payment stub(s). If you require a receipt please include a self-addressed stamped return envelope.
- Drop Box Payments: Property tax payments may be placed in the Drop Box outside the City Hall entrance on Forest Street.
- Paying at City Hall: City Hall is open for property tax collection 7:30am-4:30pm, Monday thru Friday. City Hall will be closed on December 23, December 26, and January 2. On December 30, the Clerk’s Office will be open for tax collection from 7:30am-12:00 noon (other offices will be closed).
If you are reporting your tax payment on your 2016 taxes, payment must be postmarked by December 31st or delivered to the City Hall Drop Box by December 31st.
If you are late in paying your taxes, penalty and interest will be charged. Interest starts on February 1st and accumulates at a rate of 1% per month. In addition, Dodge and Fond du Lac County impose an additional penalty of one-half percent per month.
1st installment – pay the City of Waupun by January 31

2nd installment – pay the Dodge or Fond du Lac County Treasurer by July 31
