Senior Dining
The purpose of this program offered by the Fond du Lac County Department of Senior Services is to provide one hot, nutritious meal containing one-third of the daily dietary needs. Lunch is served at the Waupun Senior Center at Noon. Lunch program is for ages 60+ or married to someone age 60+. Served Monday - Friday. $3.00 suggested donation. Register at least one business day in advance before Noon via phone (920-324-7930).
Mobile Meals
Offered by the Fond du Lac County Department of Senior Services, this program provides a noon hot meal delivered Monday - Friday to any person 60 and over or married to someone who is 60+ that is frail/homebound who cannot cook for themselves or have someone at home to cook for. Suggested donation of $3.50 per meal.
Waupun Memorial Hospital Mobile Meals
To provide a hot, home delivered meal Monday thru Friday or on individual weekday requests. In addition, diet restrictions and/or recommendations can be accommodated. There are no special requirements of age but clients must live within the Waupun city limits. Noon meals cost $5/meal. Waupun Food Pantry
The Waupun Food Pantry serves families and individuals who reside in the Waupun Area School District (proof of residency and phot ID required) by providing food and other essentials items. Food distribution also on Fridays, except in an emergency.
Hours: Monday from 9am-12:00pm and Tuesday-Friday from 9:00am-4:00pm.
Community Table
Free hot meal is offered every Friday from 11am-1pm at Waupun Food Pantry.
Mom's Meals
For those who have difficulty standing and preparing a meal, have limited access to a grocery store, or who simply want the convenience of having a nutritious, Mom's Meals offer great-tasting meals fully prepared and delivered. Are you over 65? Are you disabled? Do you require assistance with grocery shopping and/or preparing meals? Are you on Medicaid/Medicare or a member of a Health Insurance Plan that offers a paid meal benefit?
If you can answer yes to any of these questions you might qualify for government or health plan assistance and have Mom’s Meals delivered at little or no cost to you!
Homestyle Direct
Prepared meals that can be shipped directly to the customer's door! Homestyle Direct is not restricted to provide meals due to age, location, dietary restrictions or disabilities. In addition to Medicaid, meals are also available to Direct Pay clients throughout the continental United States.
