Schedule a meeting with the Director of Economic Development to review preliminary plans for the proposed development.

Depending on the scope of the project, department heads may be contacted to provide guidance on the following:

Public Works: Storm water management plans, Street and driveway permits

Finance: TIF Review, Terms of Developer’s Agreement

Waupun Public Utilities: Sanitary sewer, water and electric facilities

Fire Department: Fire code inspections

City Clerk: Licenses

Building Inspection: Building / zoning permits, Building inspections
