STEP 3: Official Plan Review and Approvals

  1. Once submitted plans are approved by City Staff they will be scheduled on the agenda for the next available and appropriate City meeting (Plan Commission, Public Works Committee or City Council.)
  2. Applicant will be sent a copy of the meeting agenda prior to the meeting. It is recommended that at least one representative from the development group be in attendance to present the proposed development and answer related questions.
