Yard Waste Pick-up

The City of Waupun Department of Public Works will begin the spring yard waste pickup service on April 8, 2024 (weather permitting).  This service is for the disposal of leaves, grass, garden waste, and branches that are generated from routine yard maintenance.  THIS SERVICE IS NOT FOR TREE REMOVAL OR LOT CLEARING.  All yard waste must be at curbside by 7:00 a.m. on April 29, 2024, when the Department of Public Works will make one final pass through the city.  This service is for City of Waupun property owners only.

Please note the following guidelines:

  • Leaves and brush shall not be deposited on the street
  • Leave grass clippings and leaves at the curbside loose. Please Do Not Bag.
  • Separate leaf piles and brush piles.
  • Branches shall not exceed 3 inches in diameter.  (If possible keep all cut ends of branches facing the same way.)
  • No garbage, appliances, furniture, tires, etc.
  • No tree stumps or tree root systems will be collected.

The City will not collect any items not in compliance with the above guidelines. Thank you for your cooperation.
